Many earthenware and clay figures made between about 15,000 and 2,400 years ago have been excavated throughout Japan. The Jomon period is said to have lasted more than 10,000 years. Many earthenware vessels and clay figurines have been excavated from these sites. Have you ever seen their unique patterns and forms?
“JOMOHEADS” was born from the desire to share “Jomon”, “fun” and “cool” by fusing the cool earthenware that has transcended time and appeared in the modern age with modern street culture.
“JOMOHEADS” is a new generation of earthenware figures.
“JOMOHEADS” was born from various thoughts and feelings. We will be introducing them on the THAT IS GOOD website from now on. Please look forward to this series of articles.

JOMOHEADS started with pre-sales through Makuake from February 28 to March 4, 2022. We appeared at the Design Festival for the first time.
JOMOHEADS joined this event where many soft vinyl artists set up their booths!

He is from Yamagata Prefecture. Favorite food is Ganmodoki (Simmered Deep-fried Vegetable Tofu).
